因为有乌贼的墨水这道菜是黑色的。我们知道有人不愿意吃黑色的菜但是威尼斯人比较赞赏这个食谱!这个食谱有两个阶段。以前你要准备好乌贼然后你烧乌贼。第一个阶段好不容易而第二个很简单。

1 用手握紧乌贼的头

2把骨推乌贼的后边

3让骨出来

1把乌贼的触须开一下

2用两个指握紧乌贼的口

3把牙推外边

1用手握紧乌贼的头

2用一把剪刀切开眼的外面

3切一下

4让眼出来

1用一把剪刀切开乌贼的皮

2切一下

3用手握紧 乌贼的肉鳍

4让皮掉了

5皮完全拿走了

内脏

1 用一把剪刀切开乌贼的体躯

2 把内脏拿走你只要保存乌贼的墨囊

seppie alle veneziane 1- (4) 在一只锅里倒入一点橄榄油、点火、把乌贼放进锅里、倒入一杯水。
